There are a number of statistics used to determine the best players in the NFL, and touchdowns are a significant measurement of a player’s skills. Plus, it's just so darn exciting when a touchdown happens. Here are the all-time touchdown kings.

Clinton Portis

Clinton Portis was an NFL running back for nine seasons. Portis is best known for being the starting running back for the Washington Redskins for seven seasons, in which he gained an average of 81.2 yards rushing per game. 

He had 75 career touchdowns.

Pete Johnson

Pete Johnson played for eight seasons, primarily with the Cincinnati Bengals. He was selected by the Bengals in the second round of the 1977 NFL draft.

He had 76 career touchdowns.

Maurice Jones-Drew

Maurice Jones-Drew played in the NFL for nine seasons. He played his first eight seasons with the Jaguars, through 2013, and in his final season he played for the Oakland Raiders. Jones-Drew led the NFL in rushing yards in 2011.

 He had 81 career touchdowns.

Anquan Boldin

Anquan Boldin played for 14 seasons. He was selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the second round of the 2003 NFL draft and he also played for the Baltimore Ravens, the San Francisco 49ers, and the Detroit Lions. Boldin is widely considered one of thegreatest wide receivers of his era.

He had 82 career touchdowns.
